Red Clover Bakery began with a simple belief: that the best bread comes from patience, quality ingredients, and a whole lot of care. Located on Old Asheville Highway, we've become Greeneville's gathering place for morning coffee, weekend brunch, and everything in between.
Our bakers arrive before dawn so that by the time you walk through our doors, the aroma of freshly baked sourdough, buttery croissants, and seasonal fruit tarts is already waiting for you. We source locally whenever we can, because supporting our neighbors makes our food taste better.
